| Carle Physician Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care department in Urbana, Illinois. Position Details Include: - Work collaboratively with a physician and other palliative care team members to deliver palliative care and related health services to patients and their families
- Reasonable volume, well-paced environment, and flexible schedule including 4x10 hour shifts – Monday through Friday
- Able to consult with specialists across the organization
- Position includes a blend of hospital rounding and consults as well as clinic, which is located adjacent to the hospital
- Experience with Adult Medicine and/or Pediatric Medicine preferred
Education Requirements: - Master's degree in Nursing.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: - Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse
