The HUD/VASH program provides clinical case management and supportive services to Veterans by utilizing the principles of Housing First, a team-based model of care, comprised of multi-disciplinary staff, and shared caseloads to the degree possible in the local area. Within the HUD/VASH program Homeless Disabled Veterans are admitted to case management based on a HUD Prioritization Notice to support the ongoing effort to end Veteran homelessness.
