Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate the ongoing clinicaloperations associated with management of clinical services and special projectsas directed by the Director of the hospice and palliative programs. Must have expertknowledge of hospice federal and state regulations. Participate in performance improvementprojects and must have project development skills. Attracts, retains and develops staff ofdesignated clinical services. Monitors key performance indicators to maintainfinancial viability of the agency.
