This is a Woman's Clinic (Woman's health only panel). This means that this panel will be all women. The clinic provides comprehensive care for women, this is to include preventative as well as addressing acute gynecological issues that do not need to be immediately addressed by a Gynecologist. Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases Paid Time Off: 49-54 days of annual paid time offer per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 10 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME) Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement) Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided Contract: No significant restriction on moonlighting Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 0800-1630. May include extended hours or an occasional Saturday based on patient needs. Due to the nature of work, the Physician Assistant may occasionally be required to stay later than 4:30 pm, as required.
