SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Template Management Associates at Penn State Health Medical Group work in partnership with our physicians and other providers, clinic leadership, and information technology analysts to evaluate current scheduling templates, optimize access to care for our patients, and assist providers to meet their productivity goals. Template Management Services is also responsible and accountable for the maintenance of, and approved ongoing changes to, provider templates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required; Associate degree, preferred

2 years job related experience required. Experience in a medical environment preferred.

Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills required.

Training in continuous process improvement techniques preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Office programs and tools, especially Excel. Experience with pivot tables, Vlook-ups, and conditional formatting preferred. Use of Cerner Scheduling System, preferred.
