This is the heartbeat of our organization and your time will be spent in a supportive, team environment with resources to help you flourish and leaders who care about your success.  Serving as the Senior Director of Finance for Non-Acute Care Operations, including Medical Group and Ambulatory lines of business across CO, UT and KS, this leader will report to the Enterprise VP Finance Non Acute Care Operations and have direct reports ranging from Analyst to Director.  Will function as lead financial support and key member of the Finance team, responsible for the daily functions of finance and decision support, including but not limited to labor management, capital planning and tracking, month-end and quarterly close analysis and reporting, financial and profitability reporting, annual budgeting, and forecasting. Providing a high level of expertise and financial acumen, assists Facility leadership and System Finance Leaders with fiscal education and research of operating activities. Provides analytical support to operational management. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:  * Bachelor's Degree, required* Master's Degree, or equivalent education and experience, required* Ten (10) years' experience Finance, Accounting, or Decision Support. * Five (5) years' experience in a Leadership position* In-depth expertise of healthcare financial models and key operational indicators* Advanced experience with Excel* Strong relationship building and communication skills* Experience building and developing teams* Desire for personal/professional growth and strong change management skills Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
