EKG Technician Lead performs inpatient and outpatient 12 Lead electrocardiograph recordings, holter/event monitor placement/scanning as needed, and treadmill stress testing along with related documentation. Provides shift leadership and support to staff. Will participate in hiring and selection of new hires, staff training and education, and quality and compliance initiatives.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * High School Diploma or GED required* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from American Heart Association required* Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) OR Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) required within 6 months of hire* Successful completion of established EKG exam during orientation or within 6 months, and annually thereafter required* Two years of previous related patient care experience required* Good verbal and written skills required* Basic clerical, computer data entry and math skills requiredSchedule:M-F, 0630-1500 Physical requirements- Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
