JOB SUMMARY:

4 Main is a 33 bed, medical/surgical unit with some telemetry, serving the adult population with medically acute diagnosis. Providing patient care for women?s health/gynecology, plastic surgery, oncology, end of life care/Hospice care and general medical and general surgery overflow patients.

The RN Registered Nurse assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required.
• BLS required prior to orientation completion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
