Role Purpose
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of systems and processes which directly improve the value of services provided; improve overall organization performance; and insure Compliance with BJC policies and applicable laws. Provides direction to ensure full integration of quality management philosophy into organizational operations. Responsible for oversight of corporate compliance for all services as well as design and development of systems and process that ensure a high integrity workplace.
Responsibilities
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Oversees overall Corporate Responsibility Program development and implementation.
Partners with legal counsel and internal audit to discuss BJC initiatives and oversee regulatory compliance monitoring.
Prepares reports detailing compliance initiatives throughout the year as well as recommendations for improvement in overall compliance program.
Oversees education efforts of employees regarding compliance-related activities.
