The solution architect works with our integrated business and information technology (IT) teams to build digital health capabilities, delivering a rich and practical experience to our patients, customers, physicians, clinicians, business and overall IT users.The solution architect understands the big picture and the power of integrating people, process and technology to deliver effective technology solutions. Soft skills and business acumen are critical when working with our business partners in managing change and driving requirements. Additionally, we're looking for people who can think strategically and are able to see the big picture to assist in building our target architecture delivering our enterprise architecture goals of efficiency, speed and agility.Experience in architecting healthcare solutions for ambulatory, physician and acute settings is a required. This includes a broad knowledge of software, solutions and technology implementations that have been deployed as a healthcare platform or related implementations. Solutions include customer care journeys for healthcare awareness, customer support (including CRM, omni-channel contact centers), ERP, clinical care, behavioral and lifestyle care, patient education, billing and self-help.Solution Architect must understand the technologies associated with the solution including expertise in the cloud-based architecture, Agile and DevOps best practices, will help in succeeding in this role. The Solution Architect will be actively involved in defining roadmaps and solution designs, scoping initiatives and creating and designing epics, evaluating new technologies, developing frameworks and standards, and guiding/mentoring teams, with the intent to maximize delivery. This individual will oversee architecture and interoperability of solutions under development by in-house software development teams, commercial off-the-shelf software deployed in the organization, and with external third parties as necessary. Solution Architect has expected experience in the following:* Initiation - Business context for the solution, Definition of vision and requirements, Estimates* Design - Solution architecture with potential options, Conduct of RFP/RFI/RFQ, Prototype development, Roadmaps and future state solution archtecture, Estimates and options * Development / Implementation - Communication with architects, developers and stakeholders, Guide the implementation* BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, required OR year's of experience in lieu of degree (4 years in addition to the minimum requirement).Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)Your Connected Community:Centura Health is the region's largest health care system.
