Cardiothoracic Surgeon

RWJBarnabas Health's Northern Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery is looking for a talented Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the growing team.

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest health care provider in NJ, is seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the program. This surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care across the full spectrum of adult cardiothoracic surgery.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery with a minimum of five years of clinical experience and a proven track record in quality improvement or program leadership. Clinically, this surgeon will provide comprehensive care across the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery--including preoperative evaluation, operative management, and postoperative critical care--while utilizing advanced techniques such as minimally invasive, endovascular, and mechanical circulatory support.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $658,658 - $1,112,208. This role is also eligible for additional compensation through performance and productivity-based incentives. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
